I want to lodge one complaint against your services. I am using this service from past 7 months & many times i had come across these problems however didnt escalate giving a benefi of doubt to your services. But this time is really ridiculous as i have done the booking for 8:15 Am & the cab is reaching at my place at 9:00 Am. The call centre people are very irresponsible as they should understand the severity of these booking conditions. I have gone through these kinds of trouble manier time in past, hence hope that this issue will be addressed & proper actions will be taken. May time it so happened that even if i have booked a a day prior i was given a last minute call that they cant provide the cab. These are ridiculous & because of these reasons I will now shift to other cab services.
