I wanna tell, that today we experienced a very bad service from the karwa taxi,,,i dont like to mention the plate no. but still we recorded it...the driver is african guy, were from town centre area going to almeera round about and he dont like to use the tariff meter,he told to us that we have to pay 35QR without using a meter.actually in some karwa taxi were paying only 20-25QR per trip and NOTE with using their car meter...I just want to report it and somehow still i have a patience for him, but next time if I saw this driver again and he do it again the same situation we encountered, maybe we will make a comment and complaint not in there company!!!to the sources that can really fix our problem as a passenger!!!thanks....

taxi no.1689 date and 2011 may 07 time 06.30 pm location industrial area bad service above that driver i have complane abut one of yaour driver.i take a ur service from al atiya indestrial area to left side st36.but he try to drop me one right side.but from the bigining he all left side passengers.so thats why i get enter.after start then he said i cant go to left and st 36.he saying so many bad words to me.finaly he drop me far away from my destination(just like kidnaping).my complne 1)why he not drop me what i need location 2)he attitude and speaking was very bad to custermer satisfaction 3)what is the right why he take me anther place and droping. ..please consider that matter.i hope you will rectify that complane. i am not accept like that service from you. thank you.

I have lived in UK and worked for station taxi before setting up here.

if you ever need a taxi again please call us as we are a small private taxi company operating in doha.

We supply English/hindi/tamil speaking drivers as opposed to non friendly only arabic speaking drivers.

I'm just wondering how all of you managed to get these taxis. Whatever the time I call to book one, it seems I have a 6 hour wait ahead of me, but somehow, they always have "limos" available. Hmm. P.S: stop losing your stuff :P

Hello, i left my two cellphones in karwa taxi last night around 6pm, the bangledeshi driver dropped us of in maither. Its one samsung flip flop and the sony ericcson. we already called your office last night and this morning. the phone was ringing after 10 rings its turn off. i hope someon will be kind enough to return the phone to us. and someone in your office be kind enough to file our complain.... i just took off from one y taxi. when i got in it was already 9 riyal, the taxi number is 3232 the driver is an african guy i hope you will take an action or loose another customer.

I would like to lodge a complaint against taxi driver #1597 who overcharged us yesterday (19 March abt 4.30pm) with the Airport surcharge by starting his meter at 18 Riyals instead of 4 Riyals which is the actual rate. He picked us up from the Museum of Islamic Art to Rotana Hotel which is a very short distance and tried charging 25 Riyals instead of the actual rate of 11 Riyals. He took our money, refusing to give it back to us when we discovered there was something wrong with his charge and even wanted to ARGUE with us that his taxi is an airport taxi, thinking we are stupid tourists to believe his taxi is any different from others. Thankfully the Rotana staff came to our help and we made it clear that he did NOT pick us up from the airport so the surcharge was just his way of cheating his customers. The driver only gave us back 10 Riyals instead of 14 Riyals and drove off. What a dishonourable lying cheat! It is a shame if such a person is still allowed to drive around hunting for his next victims.

Hi, I left my purse tonight in Karwa Taxi at around 10:45. I took the taxi from near Centrepoint Mall in Al Saad to Bayti 4 apartments in Ahli Bank street in Al Saad. While there was some cash but the CPR cards and other documents are critical. Hoping that someone returns it. My number is 33649108. Thanks in advance
