respected karwa administrators...please take my opinion to be the  truth...i have used karwa taxi on many occasions and in around 60 percent of the the time the drivers simply refuse to start the meter and if you insist that it be started, they refuse to take you to your destination...this is pure cheating....last time i took the taxi, driver did not turn on the meter and on reaching the destination demanded excess fare...on refusing to pay extra, he hurled abuses...please, please karwa administrators take notice of this problem and take stern actions so that incidents such as these are not repeated in such a wonderful country....hope karwa administrators understand my feelings ,especially since i have been here since my childhood for over 20 years and would be glad that your image is not tarnished by a few dishonest, ill mannered , abusive drivers....

Taxi Service has to be strenghted to the much more great extent. I think there is huge demand of the taxi service. Even the Customer care service strength to attend the phone call for car booking needs to be improved.

Lost my mobile (sony ericson) on 3rd Sept '10 between 1:30am to 2am in Karwa taxi front seat, route from Centrepoint Al Saad to Bin Omran. Taxi driver was Indian riding Skoda car. If found pls return by calling tel no 44870480 or 55678750.

On 2 September around 12.30am, i took taxi from Al Saad center point to landmark . after getting off, i realised i left my phone in the taxi, i called my my phone it rang at first, but afterwards it was off, my friend called and told the driver if we could meet back in landmark, i waited but i didn't see him, The taxi was the crown Victoria, if you find please miss call me on 55770026 , i will realy appriciate your help
