Hi, sometimes the drivers do not want to take the course because they will not make enough money on it: this is incredible, I have the feeling that some of them still behave as if they still were in their country, where no rules applied ! please karwa, do something, we are in a civilized country here!! Sometimes, the service is very bad, most of the drivers have no manners and no education, what a pity !!

That sounds like a good idea, why don't u just open up a school to atleast educate them en also u tend to understand doha than those karwa drivers why don't u apply for a job there???

hi karwa.11.12.2011 i take taxi from city center to al hilal usually it cost 18 riyal when i was in taxi i see the meter this ithiopian guy he close the number which display o tarriff or 1 by sticker after i reach hilal it about 25riyal when i talk to him he try to fight with us i will mail the ticket number for u please take action again these people and save the cutomer

whats the difference between 25riyals and 18 riyals, do the maths , i guess u must be earning peanuts, why don't u look for a better job with at;east good salary...

when I asked for the bill, this driver tried to make a deal with me as if I don't take the bill, I can pay the normal day fare, otherwise he take this chit fare.
Karwa taxi in doha, there is any operation to control this robbery thing? do you know how much money Karwa taxis have been stealing from me for over one year? how Karwa taxi will compensate? rude, robbery, violent driving, chit.. it's disgusting.

the taxi drver was so rude and not profesional..  I was very dissapointed and he said something on her langguage in tagalog but i don't understnd the meaning maybe it was bad word..  i really2 dissapointed.. pls next time karwa more selective for recruiting driver.. thanks

i had left my SLR camera in the taxi and i did not note the car number is there any possible way to get the camera back?

Well, there are lots of ways of getting it back, though SLR is a cheap trash, i don't see the need of following it up, how does that sound to you?

Maybe 3 or 4 times out of 5 a 'flagged down' Karwa car driver tries to pull some stunt over the fare. Normally I just demand the meter be switched on, if that fails I just invoke the 'no meter running journey is for free' rule (in writing on the tariff label in the rear windows). The other night however, some clown of a driver called me out, and threatened to take me to the police, so invited him to do just that, and by the way "I'll want to see you taxi driver ID card", he didn't have one. Now he wasn't so keen to go to the police. With me threatening to speak to his office, he admitted that he was one of 11 drivers sub-letting the car, and he was in fact illegal. Question to KARWA - you allow this to happen, what if I get into a Karwa taxi, in good faith that it is a legal operator, what happens if there is an RTA, and my driver turns out to be illegal, what happens if I get injured, who pays? What happens if the third party gets injured/ killed, who pays? I would hazard a guess that Karwa staff are perfectly aware of this activity, no doubt somebody is trousering a nice commission from this? Passengers take note, the guys trying to rip you off, without the meter, are probably illegal drivers?

I would like to reqest warning for car nambar849carwa bicause my car is company car I have to sarvices ho is working in same my qbel company!tha car of carwa849 he wiil stop me to alladiya state and he was tel me remove your pasenger from undar car than I wiil tell hem this is not taxi my friend• after that we will sow I'd card same campany.but he was callang to police and he tell me wait untel police caming i will wait morthen 1hour but police will not com after that I have to go bicause I must drop working people in tha factory.what he want to do ? Please find hem and give a suggetion thanks

the karwa is stealing by changing the code "1" to "0".Zero means the meter will run fast.please do something about it. the taxi receipt no is 3156. I think he is an Indian.the Name on the receipt is KADAR M. and has a driver No. 8018.

Good advise, so u work in karwa as the meter engineer and code controller????whhy don't u enlighten us the karwa commuters, thanks for your advise, hope to hear more from you. how about the bus meter without card we have to pay ten riyals or they are also stealling???

probably the worst taxi service I have ever experienced in my life, also considering i have traveled much of the globe. Absolutely disgusting.
