I left my wallet in the back of a karwa taxi today. He picked me up in front of hamad hospital then he dropped me at ain khaled new signal salwa road left then first right. I left my wallet in the back seat. The wallet is brown and has some philippine money in it and like 500 riyals.you can have the money i just need my ID's please. My mobile number is 55054133. Please if you find my wallet please call me.

So far, i am 5 yrs in doha qatar, every time we ride for karwa taxi, you will feel very bad. Is it because dont we have a choice rather than to choose a very very bad drivers of karwa taxi..They dont even put meter, and they have all the guts to ask double price for what's the actial fare. And i am full, today at 5:30 pm, were going to villagio, and dont have choice we go to karwa, plate number 545 villagio to alsadd. we ask to put the meter. Our items was already loading with his taxi, however he told us to go down and find another taxi,were very very dissapointed. KARWA MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE ACTION WITH YOUR DRIVERS. THEY ARE ALL DOING VERY BAD..

taxi business are monopolized by karwa that is why they dont care about the complaints of theirs customers since customer dont have any choice to select to,gud luck (karwa)!

Don't get into taxis which don't have a meter to calculate fares.I ended up paying EUR 50 for a ride which would cost QAR 30.

I stopped using karwa already, now I am using Fox limousine, they Do really respect there clients and much higher availability than karwa. 44622777, they will tell you how much you will pay while ordering so there is no surprises or driver negotiations.

According to Karwa website: www.mowasalat.com, if you have any suggestions or comments (or most of the cases; complaints), just send an email to webmaster@mowasalat.com. I dont know how effective it is,I haven't tried myself. Because last month I had a very bad experience with Karwa taxi and I didn't know whom to call, so I called 44588888 to tell them about my complaint. The lady operator gave me another number to call, 44588906, which she said to be Karwa complaint centre. But when I tried to call like 5 times, nobody picked up! Maybe it's a fake number, or all the operators did not even bother to answer, only God knows. Seriously, I don't know why this company is not strict to their drivers! It leads to them being rude and abusive to the passengers!

3 points I would like to say about my bad experience with Karwa driver, 16 February 2012. The taxi driver is Indian, his car number is 289. 1. I lined up in City Centre, and when it's our turn, I asked the driver if he could take me to Lagoona mall near Grand Hyatt. He answered with his ignorant face, kinda insulting "It's an expensive mall my friend, you want to go there?" 2. He wanted to charge me QR 30, which normally only QR 12-15, it means 2x the normal price. When I asked him to put meter, he said no! 3. Finally, the heat was increasing and he asked me to take another taxi while pointing finger at me! Not to mention he's shouting and yelling like a mad dog. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had bad experience with those irresponsible drivers, there are plenty other passengers as well. And the worst thing is that the company itself, doesn't want to care what's going on! I have called the Karwa customer service to inform them about this misbehaviour, and a guy called Mr. Imran took care of my complaint. Let's see if there's any follow up regarding this.
