I would like to report MGE Taxi driver AWD 134 December 2, 2014 4am. We chose MGE because it's a reputable taxi company, however, this driver started ranting when he knew there will be 5 drop off points(which were all along EDSA only). Nagpapadagdag ng bayad agad at ginawa daw namin syang service. I asked the driver, ganun na po ba ang MGE? to which the driver did not reply. Driver is rude and is imposing to be paid more than what the meter will be charging.

sinu po ba hindi maasar sa inyo isipin nyo mam len 5 passenger kau , una sa lahat OVERLOADING na kayo, ipapahuli nyo pa ang driver nanghingi lang ng konding dagdag ang driver RUDE agad ? sa totoo lang bawal yan pinagagawa nyo sa LTFRB , five drops ?kahit along the way pa kayo ng edsa, still five drops? lumalabas nyan masyado nyo ginugulangan ang driver sa flag down rate , ang franchise nyan point to point , hindi point times five. Mag UV express kayo hindi taxi ang angkop sa gusto mong serbisyo na hinihingi ninyo.

Complaint directed to: Driver Name: Jaime Ilaw Taxi Line: MGE Taxi Plate Number: UWL 503 Date/Time of Incident: Nov 20, 2014 8:46PM Place of Incident: Petron Gas Station, EDSA northbound(near corner of Kalayaan St., Makati and EDSA) Incident Details: I called up MGE hotline around 8:30PM and was directed with the body number of the cab that will be picking me up at my office. Looking at the sheer traffic and volume of vehicles upon turning right from Kalayaan to EDSA, he driver suddenly started yapping at me and asking me if I could just ride an MRT. "Mag MRT nailing kayo Sir kung nagmamadali kayo, ma-traffic oh, may MRT station naman dyan sa unahan". I thought I have to keep calm and composed as I naturally a very reserved individual. But after almost 20seconds of his endless tirade, I responded, "ano sa tingin mo kung bakit tumawag ako ng taxi", in my slow baritone voice. Then he said, "baba nailing kayo Sir kung nagagalit kayo", although I am not, and even if at this time I have all the right to. I said "wag mo akong pangunahan". I explained that I called up a taxi because I want to go home comfortably as I usually do after a hard day's work. The driver at this point pulled over at Petron Gas Station EDSA(near corner of Kalayaan and EDSA)smacked his hands on the steer, asking me to go out and pay the meter, shouting at me blurting out in English, "you pay me, you pay me", like he was on drugs. To which I said no and suddenly got out of the car, thinking that I could have a better advantage in public place should he go berserk. He got out of the car and I said I won't pay for it because I will be hailing another cab and will be again paying for the flag down rate. He then asked to pay the difference which is Php24, and I think that was fair enough so I did. But upon entering the car, he shouted at me and said "Ulol ka!!!". How can a taxi driver of a company taxi that is MGE not sufficiently screened and oriented with right manners and proper decorum. I would not have filed this formal complaint if he didn't yell at me and if he didn't express profanity and foul language. The gasoline boys wondered what's with the commotion and even witnessed as to how the driver behaved brazenly. I didn't retaliate to his profanity and maintained silence, because clearly I am on the winning side should I go on legal battle with him. Let me lodge this complaint formally on the following ground: 1) Discourtesy, yelling with profanity to the passenger 2) Refusing to deliver passenger into the location, upon seeing thickening volume of vehicles 3) Bad mouthing a passenger, foul language and absence of proper decorum Let me then convey my suggestions to MGE: 1) That MGE will regularly conduct road courtesy and passenger handling discipline seminars 2) That drivers with a valid complaints be given punitive measure(suspension, and possibly termination on worst and multiple cases of complaint) 3) That a drug test be randomly conducted every 3 months Thank you. MGE UWN-571 Grabe nakaka stress driver ng taxi na to puro buntong hininga every stoplight at nagmamadali napaka delikado sa pasahero. Walang kaganaganang magdrive dahak pa ng dahak at dura ng dura nakakadiro napaka bastos.

wala naman pala ginawa masama sa iyo ang driver eh, malamang nag mamadali un dahil hindi lang naman ikaw ang pasahero na isasakay nya syempre kailangan din ng mamang driver ang kumita para sa pamilya nya, expected mo na yan sa mga driver lalo na kung babata bata pa ,walang kagana ganang mag drive pero nag rereklamo ka na nagmamadali? alin ba tlagfa kuya naka DRUGS ka ata eh kontra pelo statement mo? next time kung sasakay ka ng taxi matandang driver ang kunin mo o kaya bumili ka ng kotse at kumuha ka ng PERSONAL DRIVER MO OK?

Txk 836.. sep 23, 2014 7:23pm en route to BGC from Eastwood. Masyado abusado tong driver nyo..pagkaupo ko plus 50 agad kesyo matraffic daw..bakit hindi ba pumapatak ang metro nyo kapag traffic?!?!. At wala rin ba ako karapatan magbigay ng kondisyon na "kapag walang traffic eh walang dagdag".. binigyan nya ako kondisyon bibigyan ko din tapos papababain nya ako! Masyadong magulang at abusado at mapagsamantala.. pare parehas tayo nagtatrabaho naggugulangan pa!!

Taxi drivers are why philippines has the worst reputation in the world of thievery and scam, and second Ghana. again today was i scammed by some lazy wannabee working for MGE Taxi. He was asking 50 peso extra because it was raining. as if that is my fault. philippine taxi men are more corrupt than politicians or police. maybe on a smaller money base but far more frequent. Do not look to pork barrel, there is more scam and corruption amongst those scum and for a higher amount. they do not feel embarrassed. they are even proud of it. those scum give all you philippine people a bad name. i expect from MGE taxi my 50 peso back. the nrplate from that car was UVS 732 and today it is Friday. the drive was from bonifacio. the ride took 15 min from 6 pm till 6.17 when i do not have this within 48 hours on my account, i will start writing about this in all newspapers i work for. i am a foreign journalist. be sure that your reputation as taxi man and company will be seriously damaged. the papers i write for are not the same level of that cheap commercial radio5 station but those are serious papers who take this kind of mentality very serious. i want my money back because i am sick and tired of being robbed just because you feel you can. i will file a legal claim against your company because of robbery. you as company are responsible for your employees. I do not care how much it cost me, i can afford it and for a very long time. i was with my children and my wife paid. i would never have paid a double trip. the driver had a cross hanging on the mirror and touched and kissed it every time he passed a church but stole as if it was his daily job. what a mentality. What a hypocrisy. internet, Foreign TV shows, facebook,... anything i can and have power over i will use until i get my money back. i will damage the name of this taxi company and all its people until i get paid back. enough is enough

Taxi plate number UVY-217 Aug 19, 2014 Time: around 0930AM From: Emerald Garden Restaurant - RCBC Plaza Gusto ko lang i-report kungsino man yong driver nyo at that time. From Emerald Garden nag antay kami ng taxi -- we are waiting for an MGE taxi na dumaan kasi akala namin lahat ng mga driver ng MGE matitino. Nang dumaan tong MGE taxi with plate number UVY-217 pinara namin. Bottom line nung dumating kami sa RCBC at binayaran yong bill namin,, the amount is PHP166.00 but we gave PHP170.00 pero grabe nagalit yong driver kasi traffic daw.. at hindi daw enough yong binayad namin na PHP170.00 sa bill... napa rude ng driver at hinbaol pa talaga kami sa loob ng building just to claim for the extra payment... pede paki call naman ng attention ng driver ng taxi na toh? sayang naman yong matitinong driver nadadamay sa kalokohan ng mga wlang modong driver. thanks
