Date today March 30.2011 I'm Joanne Yuzon. Please help me find my cellphone. Me and my husband rode an MGE Taxi around 5PM at Citibank Tower, Valero, Makati City going to Jollibee Katipunan. We arrived Katipunan at around 545PM. our bill is only P202 but my husband paid P300. While on our way to Katipunan I'm still using my cellphone and replied to a text. I never used my phone while inside Jollibee. I only noticed that I don't have my phone inside my bag when we went back to Makati. We tried calling it up to now still ringing. I called your office already and talked to Cherry. Please if the driver who drove us to Katipunan got my phone, please contact me at 5018134 or 8480114.

Hi, I'm so irrate with riding MGE taxi last night at around 1:30am on my way to work. I asked the driver to take me to SM North EDSA and take my usual route Anonas-Kamias-EDSA. Just when we got to the corner of Anonas-Kamias, the cab driver literally pulled over the intersection thinking if he will go straight to Anonas Ext or make a left turn to Kamias. He then turned left then after getting to Shell Kamias, he made a u-turn then went back to Caltex Kamias then went around in circles in Caltex then said, "Diba sa Caltex ka?" I was shocked to know that the cab driver wasn't paying attention when I said that I am headed to SM North. When I mentioned SM North again, the driver got kind of annoyed. Clearly it shows. That was shameful to represent one of the taxi companies that I trust so much in the Philippines. So MGE Management, I call your attention. I rode plate# UVE938 Body# 317.

Pakibalik po yung phone ko, I accidentally left it on one of your taxi. Sumakay kami sa Bus terminal in front of Shopwise, Cubao. May binaba kami sa 10th avenue, then Bumaba ako with my cousin along V. Luna road. That happened around 1:30-11:50 pm. My phone is still ringing pero di sinasagot. It's a Samsung E1100, black and red color. Please return it po, di yun kamahalan pero importante po yun dahil nasa akin na yung sim dun since 2005. Please contact me, 4331557. Please po! Salamat!

MGE TAXI STEALS....DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS ABOUT MGE TAXI...THEY ARE WRITTEN BY MGE THEMSELVES !!!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE !!!!! *****READ THIS: After You Read this review...If you can retrieve all of my stolen items I will reward you with 300,000 Philippine Pesos !!!!!*****Respond via this blog please..... DO NOT USE THEM !!!!! MGE driver stole my passport and all my luggage and travel tickets etc etc. When the company was approached for help they 1st denied the incident...then admitted that the driver did it later, but said he ditched the taxi and left and never returned...then they tried to show me a pix of another guy who was not the driver that day to try to trick me into declaring the wrong guy as the guilty one. 10 months later MGE has still not done anything to assist me or compensate me when there is clearly a law in the Philippines for taxis called BREECH OF CARRIAGE....making the taxi company responsible for their drivers conduct in cases like this. So I have had to file thru the courts to go after the driver and also go after the MGE TAXI company for compensation. SOMEONE OUT THERE KNOWS ABOUT MY STOLEN BAGS AND VALUABLE ITEMS...YES THE REWARD IS REAL 200,000 PESOS TO THE PERSON WHO CAN RETRIEVE MY BAGS AND CONTENTS OF VALUE...NOT THE CLOTHING JUST THE OTHER ITEMS !!!!! DO NOT USE THEM...THEY HAVE THIS HAPPEN OFTEN !!! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO LAWYERS OR THE COURT SYSTEMS IN HOPES THAT THE TIME FOR THE FILING EXPIRES, SO YOU NEED TO FILE CASES IMMEDIATELY TO GET RESULTS AND KEEP PURSUING AND THEY WILL START NEGOTIATING (which means they know they are in the wrong) !!!!!

Hi, i know everyone here keeps on complaining, but my experience was way too different, I rode an MGE taxi from QC to MOA and the driver was so friendly, my daughter got so dizzy, when I asked the driver if he can stop the car bec my daughter's gonna throw up. He said it was fine, it wasn't my daughter's fault and he will clean up the mess instead! I know we have our own version of kwento, but I think it would be better not to be so narrow-minded. It is not the company's fault if the driver was arrogant reckless, blah! The thing is Hndi nmn nila hawak Pag uugali ng driver db?ayun.. Just a thought! ;)

bad trip yung MGE taxi walang ka kwenta kwentang kumpanya at mga driver! naka iwan ako ng cellphone sa MGE taxi body number 420. itinawag ko sa hotline nila, pinag pasapasahan lang ako hangang after 3 days saka pa lang ako may naka usap na matino at as usual wala na daw cellphone ko. wala daw nakita ung driver after ko bumaba. sinungaling sila. wala syang maidadahilan kasi secluded yung area na binabaan ko, sa may camarin caloocan kaya alam ko walang sasakay sa kanya after ko bumaba. bwisit tlaga. ang dami nang reklamo sa inyo MGE sampu ng mga driver nyo. MAGINGAT KAYO SA KARMA, MATINDI GUMANTI YUN!

Katangahan mo na ang pag iwan sa cellphone mo, wag mong isisi sa driver dahil hindi ka naman nakakasiguradong sya yung nakakuha dahil maari din na yung sumunod na pasahero ang kumuha. So ingatan mo nalang ang gamit mo next time ok??
 
Ooops anong klase ba ng CP ang nawala sayo baka nman 3310 lang yan?

Calling the attention of MGE management. I have read a lot of emails/comments here, but nothing from the management. Are you people at the office blind or just playing blind? This a serious matter. This blog site is being read worldwide by millions of people. I hope somebody with a heart from your company, finds time to at least reply and make us fee that our comments are being handled properly or at least noted. Please? Thank you so much.
