To Management and Staff MGE Taxi. Greetings, This is to inform you that we have been receiving numerous complaints from our passengers that some of your taxi drivers overcharge and harass their Airport bound passengers. Therefore, I would like to share this experience which happened way back on 2009! One afternoon. As I was walking out of CEBU PACIFIC AIR Headquarters with my fellow Flight/Stewardess. We chanced upon a female middle aged OFW Passenger arguing with his taxi driver about P600 fixed fare going to SM Megamall!May kalumaan na ho yung taxi niyang Toyota Corolla. Nang sinita namin yung taxi driver, telling him as Flight/Attendants, we are in AUTHORITY to arrest and detain him and confiscate his driver's license. He refused to hand over his license and answered us back! "Hindi naman kayo mga pulis ah! Wala kayong karapatang hulihin ako!" Ang bastos po talaga ng taxi driver! And because of his rudeness to Persons In Authority like us! My female crewmate PISTOL WHIPPED the poor taxi driver at the back of his head! (by law we are AUTHORIZED to carry service firearms and lethal weapons on board and/or outside of Aircraft). Dumugo po talaga ulo ng driver! Tapos ako pinosasan ko naman siya! Afterwards we brought the bleeding taxi driver inside CEBU PACIFIC AIR Headquarters.Doon na po nag file ng complaint na overcharging yung OFW. We confiscated his driver's license in exchange for a CEB Violation Ticket and fined him twice amount na isisingil sana niya sa pasahero niya! The erring taxi driver was detained overnight due to gash on his head as a result of the pistol whipping! I HOPE what we did to that man will serve as a WARNING to those unscrupulous taxi drivers who wanted to make easy money out of our commuters! And we will not hesitate to do the same to your taxi drivers oras na may mahuli kami at kapag hindi nila kami ginalang bilang mga ALAGAD NG BATAS! At sa mga sumusunod po na mga MGE Taxis. (TXG-492. Violation: Overcharging/Arrogant driver.) (TXV-885. Violation: Overcharging).(TXM-744. Unit 536. Driver. RODEL OLASO. Violation: Refuse to convey passengers). HUMANDA sila at nasa hitlist na sila ng CEBU PACIFIC AIR Flight Operations Group. Haharangan namin sila sa daan oras na sila ay matiyempuhan namin! Lalo na ho itong si Mang Rodel Olaso. Pag kayo po ay natiyempuhan ko IPATITIKIM KO SA IYO PALO NG BARIL KO!!! Kukunin ko lisensiya mo at bahala na si MGE magtubos nito sa CEB at P80,000.00 Penalty! We would like to call on our riding public to please report all violations to CEBU PACIFIC AIR Headquarters Pasay City Metro Manila for a QUICK JUSTICE SYSTEM ACTION! We do not want to hear anymore complaints from the general public against MGE Taxi again! Kapag ho hindi niyo naiayos ito! Kababa lang po namin, about 15muns ago sa MGE taxi..may naiwan po kaming camera sa upuan..kanino po pwede ireport? Hinatid ako dito sa road5 project6 galing galleria kani kanina lang salamat!

pkiayos naman po ung mga taxi drivers ng MGE lalo ng ung driver kagabi ng UVF-377 kasi alam nya na may karga kmi sa likod hindi nya binuksan o kya bumaba man lng pkababa namin tlgang pinatakbo nya na ung taxi ano ba yan mudos ng mga taxi driver ninyo? nangyari un 9:00pm kagabi ng 4/25/2013 sa puregold kami sumakay, sbi ng nakausap ko ng MGE employee na c ARLENE hndi daw sumasagot sa radyo nya, ano kaya ang dapat na action ng MGE management makiacksyon naman po sa mga taxi drivers nyo kasi hindi naman namin pinupulot ung pera na binamili nun pinaghirapan din po namin un
