i called them this morning at 5:45, and was given extraordinarily poor service. "kahit anong oras" is not true.

today, I tried to book a taxi from airport to QC via Tondo. I know the fee from Airport to Tondo is 300Peso and from Airport to QC is 500Peso. They said can not do via cause the bad traffic condition in Manila. I said what about I book two taxi, airport to Tondo, from Tondo to QC. Do you know what operator reply: If this is the case, you will need to pay 800peso. Well, I was a "Dollar Taxi's"  loyal customer but now, I don't think I will use it again. This is just redicilous.

GOOD ANG SERVICE NYO.IM WORKING SA CALL CENTER KAYA kahit anong oras napagkakatiwalaan ko taxi nyo but ayaw ko lang sa taxi driver nyo na name romel,maangas and may bad odor

Poor Service....specially the management. On the side of their driver kahit obvious na tinakbo ng driver nila phone ko. Pagbaba ko ng taxi I learned na nalaglag phone ko sa taxi sabi ng isang employee dito sa office namin nakita nya na may kinuha ung driver sa baba ng taxi pagbaba ko. Well reason ng driver inayos nya lang daw matting ng car. He even said na matagal pa bago sya nakakuha ng pasahero pagbaba namin. I called my phone pro pinatay nya na. Nag radio office nila sa mga driver pro wlang umamin na may naghatid sa amin sa balara. Then nung pumunta kami office nila namukaan nmn ung driver. And guess what pinalabas ng management na nasa side namin sila dahil obvious nmn daw driver kc hindi sya ng respond nung ng radio sila, un pala gusto lang nila kaming umalis. Well MR. JOHNNY QUISUMBING maybe its time na ayusin mo management team mo. Wala ng magtitiwala sa taxi nyo kung pati management nyo bulok.
