nabangga ako last february 25, 2011 ng driver nyong si felix sa marikina. nagkasundo kami na hindi kukunin ang lisensya na at magbabayad na lang sya sa danyos na kanyang nagawa. ilang beses kaming tumawag sa kanilang opisina upang kausapin ang kanilang may-ari ngunit ilang beses niyang niloko ang aking ina sa pagsasabing iwanan ko ang sasakyan sa aming bahay upang makita ng kanilang tauhan. dalawang beses nilang ginawa ang hindi pagsipot at until now, hindi pa rin ako binabayaran. putang ina nyo, maging patas kayo! miss kotby, i know you are not a filipino, so read this: pay me or i will sue you! your drivers are not trained. oooops, yes they are. in not paying, in making lies, and driving rude in the streets. call me if you want to settle or we will just see each other in court. 09165787949 eric krister songcuan

Me and my mom rode a taxi last night, at the Trinoma Mall. After we got off the taxi, my mom told me that she forgot my bag inside the car. We rang my cellphone but no one's answering it. So i thought that the driver still don't know that a bag was left on the passenger seat. But luckily, just this morning, I tried to call my cellphone again and the driver answered it saying that there's nothing to worry about because he will definitely return my bag no matter what. So he and my mom met each other and he returned my bag. Thank you Mr. Jerry Catayong of Alkotby Taxi. You were such an awesome person! May you continue to be an inspiration to everyone. Thank you, thank you! Alkotby Taxi, you were so lucky to have a man like Mr. Catayong. Cheers!

I was dropped off at the airport on January 25th, at 6 a.m. brought from Malate Penision. I left my maroon Gregory backpack in the trunk. Reward for return. Don't care about the clothes, just would like to have my travelers journal! Thanks so much and thanks for an awesome trip!

Attention : Ms. Portia Kotby (owner)***I Left my Cellphone in your AlKotby Taxi as I was getting money to pay for the fare***.
I noticed that I was missing my phone just 10 mins after I got off infront of our office in Mandaluyong. I rang my cp and it got connected, no one was answering on the other line but could hear the radio receiver that most taxi use then got hung up.
I tried calling your contact number listed above # 432-2406, but the guy who answered the phone said "ibang taxi na po dito, Modern Chariot na".  How do I get in touch with your company?
