i just want to ask the manager or owner of the light glory about the incident last april 3,2011.. this about the crash of your taxi on a motorcycle and a elf.. i will just gonna asked why you fined the owner of the elf with a brand new car which he only bumped the bumper at the rear of your taxi and not whole car.. why not fine the owner of the motorcycle w/c originally bumped hard to your taxi.. but we are hoping for your kindness that you will help us.. cause we are not that rich as you think..

for a Iloilo taxi service, they are the best from the rest of taxi services in the city. I had a bad experience in a not know taxi. but not forbes taxi nor GDR not even quarry taxi. basta! he has the guts to insult his costumer.

such a poor service... only a few did well..i guess the base has the prblem...operators are just fond of gossipping ...their voices can even be heard by the passengers gossiping other people and laughing.... they don't reply messages most of the time if units are not available...they are even rude when answering calls and messages ...no protocol at all... hope the management will take action on this... sorry, but truth really hurts...

ano ban naman kayong mga tao kayo, be considerate.... nag papasosyal kayo taxi tapos hesitant naman kayong magbayad...kaya nga you negotiate before sumakay di ba dahil kung di kayo payag di wag kayong sumakay...e kung kayo kaya gawing driver??? baka maliitan pa kayo sa babayad sa inyo...mag tricycle kayo tsaka mag jeep! and about the laws2 na yan... napaka over...bakit di nyo gamitin yan sa mga may illegal drugs lang o may mga illegal baggages o sa mga taong nagwawala na delikado ang kapakanan nang ibang tao...
