Dear EFE Management,
I am a Guest Service Officer from Somerset Salcedo Makati, we would like to let you know the predicament from one of our foriegn guest who experienced a not so good experience from one of your taxi w/ Plate # TXP889. The guest took the taxi from greenbelt informing the driver where she is heading w/ a map. After 30min, the driver finally reach Somerset Mellinium Makati(incorrect hotel) w/c is just behind Asian Institute Management(AIM) where AIM is just infront of greenbelt1.
