Well Carolina, that's the regular service in Peru. As they're not the owners, they really do not care about the customer. No options are offered. The message is clear: if you don't like, go somewhere else!!

HORRIBLE customer service. I asked for a taxi to the airport for 3 people and three suitcases. "well our cars dont have much room for suitcases" I was told, so "then maybe i should go with another company" i said, and the operator said, "no problem" and hung up on me. NIIIICE. great attitude for a 50 sole cab ride. Go use a nicer company.
