I would like to let you know that the number you have posted for Hello Taxis is disconnected. They almost never show up!!! If they do show up they are always late. It is the worst taxi sevice I have ever come across. Getting a taxi in the early hours of the morning for the airport in Muscat is impossible. Even though they say the provide this service.

I am arriving on march 29, 2011 by cruise ship and want a taxi for a full day to to go Nizwa and other sites close by. We are a party of two and want a private taxi. Thanks.Barb

I would recommend you hire a driver for those days, not a taxi. You might get a great cabby or you might get an idiot. Some cabbies don't even know their own city and get lost!
 Look up Bahwan Travel or another agency. In the end, it might a little more,  but it is safer, more informative and more fun.
