Forget about the Drivers, owner of this company is few steps ahead,He does not pay his drivers their eftpos taking,give them run around few drivers have have left because of this cheating and are driving with crown cabs.recently one driver rent his taxi through this company but owner of this company kept collecting the rent but never pass on to the owner of the taxi,that poor guy also left and now operating with the crown cabs as well.Proof of this can be provided through social media. Beware of this taxi company.

These taxis are a total rip off - the driver had no change, would not accept a taxi card and was extremely rude. Do not use them ever.

I took a cab through Zoomy on the 19 December to travel to Remuera. The driver turned from college hill into Franklin Road. When I pointed out that this was going to take ages as the road was completely blocked with Christmas sightseers he stopped the cab and ordered me out. I asked him politely to take me home. He aggressively ordered me out of his cab. It was 1045pm and it took me an hour to locate another cab. In the end I managed to get an Alert Taxi cab which was cheaper than going through Zoomy and no fuss. I was not intoxicated and was very polite. Also I am a woman and I don't appreciate being picked up and then ordered out of a cab a block later by an aggressive driver. He was trying to go the long way to the motorway. I do not recommend this company.

This cab charges excessive rates compared to other cabs in NZ. They have excessive 'add on charges' - DO NOT USE THEM

Last night, 25th May 2014 at approximately 2.10am, my partner and I caught one of your taxis. We negotiated a fixed rate of $25 from Ponsonby to Parnell, which is expensive and more than other companies charge. When we arrived at our house the driver then added a $3 surcharge for travelling down our driveway, as our house is part of a complex. This is completely unacceptable, and his defence was that the extra $3 accounted for the minutes of his time wasted going down the driveway. We were paying, and negotiated, a rate for a service, which your company didn't honour. It was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I did not get the plate number or name of the driver, but needless to say I would not recommend this company, and will be warning others I know against using the company.

Hi I used cab 99 (van) last weekend and I would highly recommend to anyone.Take my word for it. Very pleasant and honest.On time as well.

service ok, but expensive. picked up waiting cab, couldn't work out why it cost $30 for a 6km ride, when coop did the same ride for $20?? Driver couldn't explain, just said that was the rate. Will choose better next time.

Anon - driver 56 dropped my iphone which i had lost in a taxi the night b4 all the way to grey lynn! saved me paying 800bux for a new iphone! cheeerz bro.!
