used the taxi last night from viaduct to howick. meter was really expensive but the driver gave a huge discount. highly rec to other customers!

On our way to rent a car in downtown Auckland, my partner dropped his cell phone somewhere in the cab. When we called the number to see if someone answered, the cab driver, was delighted to hear from us. Since we were already 3 hours north of the city, he very kindly left the phone for us at the Hertz airport location where we would be dropping off of vehicle in a few days. I can't tell you how relieved and well treated we felt. Highly recommend this company and this driver!! Thankss

used the company in the rugby cup was a bit high . used the taxi again yesterday and the fare has dropped and is cheap now. good car too was on time. went frm mangere to auckland city good price too. recommend others to use it.

Easily the worst taxi ride I have ever taken, will NEVER catch a taxi from this company ever again. The price was just downright extortionate charging just over 50 for a trip that should have cost $35 and after he had quoted the trip at nothing over $40 and when we got to our designated location we were informed that eftpos was not accepted in this cab and that he would have to drive us to get cash out which was acceptable except for the fact that he kept the meter running while we were driving there, getting the cash out, and driving home. And to top it off on the way home after we had got the cash out he informed us that he did take credit cards which we could have paid with!!!' by the time we got back home the price was $80 for a trip from k road to Mount Wellington. Absolutely disgraceful. Afterwards I called the company to complain at which point the manager laid abuse on me saying that my terms for a complaint were unacceptable (his words were more colorful than that). Call anyone but this company.

Worst taxi company ever. Ripping people off. Dont know how they get a COF for cars like these. Taxi smelt like poo's and wee's. He also was smoking pot in the cab. I dont know what jerry is doing with his company.

Tad bit expensiv but great service. indian driver gave me a good deal which was not on the meter too for a 3 day tour family loved it. def would use sail again

This was easily the worst taxi experience I have ever had. Waiting for the taxi I had called from another company too long at 4am this morning I made the mistake of falling for this drivers line of "Why wait for them I will give you the best price" the usual fare of $10 from other companies cost $18 with this company and I had to get out and walk a good 2 k's early as the driver was the crepiest individual I have ever had the displeasure to be meet. Asking me questions such as "Will you shower when you get home" Do you Live alone? What the hell!! When I mentioned the fact that that he had "offered the best price" and it usually costs me $10 he replied that the fare would be a lot more than than that and if I was not happy he would take me back to where he picked me up...great service!!!?? To make it worse he deliberately tried to short change me when I paid. then to top it off when I responded that he had short changed me and how disgusted I was with his blatant dishonesty with the fare he replied with an extremely sarcastic OMG. I will not ever make the mistake of using this company again in the future. I could not possibly be any more disgusted

Our drivers all are very well mannered and experienced in the taxi industry and do not misbehave with any customers and usually do not make much conversation with the customers to avoid any complaints from the customers. If any incident has occurred we would like to know from the customers and also the vehicle number of the driver so we can rectify any issue such as this. The fares that the company charges all go through approval from the NZTA. The fares did go up during this year to meet other costs thats true, but our fares have dropped once again to meet customer satisfaction. Customers have informed us of the prices they think is reasonable and we have made our new fares accordingly.
