On our way to rent a car in downtown Auckland, my partner dropped his cell phone somewhere in the cab. When we called the number to see if someone answered, Yatin (021720878), the cab driver, was delighted to hear from us. Since we were already 3 hours north of the city, he very kindly left the phone for us at the Hertz airport location where we would be dropping off of vehicle in a few days. I can't tell you how relieved and well treated we felt. Highly recommend this company and this driver!!
