Coast Urban Taxis are no longer an Approved Taxi Service with NZTA. They are a Private Hire company, which means that fares are prebooked.

Rude and obnoxious. I colled for collection and was told no then asked for another time and was then abused and had the thrown slammed down! They claim to offer service with a smile but I have been left shocked at their unprofessional treatment to a valid customer enquiry.
