Agree with the other posters - the phone service from this company is terrible - the operator seemed to be asleep & I had to repeat everything 3 times cause she didn't listen properly. Said she would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes. She called me back in over 25 minutes to say "no cab" by which time I was half way to my destination by car! SW Taxi is a lot more professional (though they also had no cabs last night at 7:00 pm)

Normal charges is less then RM 70...Why pay more to taxi tout ?
