Dear Pak Sufi, We wish to convey our thanks to En. Mat Dom for the excellent service rendered to us yesterday. We did not have to wait for our transport as he was there awaiting for us at the LCCT terminal eventhough our flight arrived early. Our journey home to Banting was also a pleasant one as En. Dear Pak Sufi, Kristy here! Hi, I just want to say that I have used Pak Sufi's taxi numerous times and even though sometimes the drivers sent to drive me and my husband to and fro LCCT may be quiet or speak bad english, the important thing is they drive safely and slowly, and are always punctual, which is very impressive. Pak Sufi himself is always very polite and funny. If not Pak Sufi we'll be paying several times more for a LCCT taxi - those are the real ripoffs; and what's to say we have insurance when buying from them? I certainly don't think so. Don't worry Pak Sufi, your regulars will always be your regulars, never mind a few sour grapes! =) keep up the good work!

Alice I searched long and hard for a transfer service from KL-LCCT to Berjaya Hills and finally found Pak Sufi on his website. I emailed him for a quotation and – unlike others – he replied within a few hours. His charges are very reasonable – in fact, they were the lowest I could find. He even sent me an sms on the morning itself to confirm the pick up time. True to his words, Pak Sufi was waiting at LCCT when I arrived. A courteous and friendly gentleman, Pak Sufi speaks fluent English and he exudes professionalism. His taxi is spotless and even has wifi. He checks his email regularly and is quick to respond to queries. Besides being a careful and experienced driver, Pak Sufi is reliable and honest. Log on to the website: especially the testimonials posted by various personalities (with photos attached)will give a good answer. BAD HABITS DIE HARD. Hopefully, you do not fall under this area.
