My family and I are very pleased with your service. You've immediately made a good impression by greeting us with your friendly smile when we first met in LCCT. Your taxi fares are reasonable and you are always on time. You are an excellent communicator, very friendly and helpful. We are also impressed with your safe and responsible driving. Your extra service, I’m very grateful to you for offering help to pick up my baby stroller which I left at the hotel lobby in Genting Highlands. Unfortunately, it was gone when I called the hotel.
