I was extremely happy with my first experience with LCCT Taxis. Sufi was my first point of contact email and I was so impressed with his professional nature. I organised for my parents to be picked up at the LCCT terminal.... I can only say that it was everything I had hoped for. My parents were delighted to meet the driver with placard in hand at the terminal and were very impressed with his safe and responsible driving. Thank you Mr Hassan for looking after my parents. He was also an excellent commmunicator and they found him to be very engaging. It was a wonderful start of their 2 week holiday with me in KL. LCCT Taxis have my absolute vote of confidence!!! Dear Pak Sufi, last night we have finally arrived back home from our 4 weeks trip through south east Asia. It was a pleasure to meet you at KL Airport. Thank you very much again for your hospitality and warm welcome in Malaysia. Since it has been our first trip to Malaysia it was great to meet someone at the airport who welcomes you with a smile. Our trip has actually been perfect. After the days in Malaysia we kept on travelling to Bali. What a fantastic island. During my 2.5 years living in Kuala Lumpur I employed the services of Pak Sufi and his friendly team of drivers on an almost weekly basis. Pak Sufi is always on time and provides reliable and clean vehicles. Pak Sufi is an interesting raconteur and will give you some great insights into contemporary Malaysia.
