Today, me and friend come out from Lost World of Tambun(Ipoh, we call(017-678418)for taxi,we needs 4 taxi's, and the operator says its ok and the fees is about rm10 to rm12, the first taxi comes after 15 minutes,took us rm14???? Why? RM2 over already? nevermind, the second taxi comes after 30 minutes, cost RM20, what????slow sevices plus suddenly increase the price???
and the third and forth taxi does not arrive at all, the operator didn't even inform us the other taxi's are not arriving. The taxi company has wasted our precious time and money, we're waitting there for two hours, please take action, this will only drop the tourism industry of ipoh!!!!!

The land transport authorities in Ipoh needs to take overall control of situation there to improvethe taxi services which caters to both local and visitors alike.
What Abdul Rahman has encountered may be an isolated incident.The taxi driver certainly deserves to be disciplined and the only way is to make a police report.There should be policing on Ipoh's roads.

when I first came back from oversea and while at the airport, able to purchase a zone taxi coupon to my hotel, I felt relieved. Taxi fare was controlled by authority - syabas to that!!
when I arrived to ipoh bus in bercham and need taxi to be reconnected for home in bandar baru sri klebang, which is still in Ipoh but bit further out - I was charged $30 for the journey! What a slaughther!! Ipoh is still the same 20, 30 years ago. Bad to tourist! Please consider taxi control system with zone coupon.....

Yesterday I passed by Jln Hospital, Ipoh. A red color Proton Iswara taxi driving very slow in front of me, then I flashed my car light to him. He suddenly brek. Luckily I managed to handle my car. Furthermore, when I went to the left lane to overtake him, then he suddenly turn his steering to my side, feel like want to kill me!!! I really disappointed with the taxi already!!! Somemore, it'll affect our country image very seriously!!
