We called 050541600 from 04:00 this morning to day from Pisa, bus stop Hostello (line ??Rossa)  in order to get to the airport before 05:30. After spending a fortune in telephone calls we finally got through and the taxi came about 05:30. We were at the airport 05:50, which was 20 min. too late. We lost the plane and had to buy new tickets. Comment: We could not order a taxi the day before!!! We were told to call 20 min before we needed the taxi, but we called 90 min before and you have just read the result!!! This lack of service cost us approx 500 euro.  What is your comment to this??
