Jakarta City Taksi

I took this taxi on September 4th 2010. I was interested by the sticker on the front window "tarif bawah" that means this taxi supposed to cost cheaper than the regular one. But instead, it cost me more than double! I go from Bintaro Jaya to Pondok indah,once - three times a week.The regular price ( not the tarif bawah ) usually cost me maximum RP 45.000. But they charge me RP. 98.000 . I took note on the driver's name and number ( Hasan Hadi - C.51k- 037 (597) just in case he didn't put the argometer right,i tried to call to complain but they didn't answer the phone.If this was human error, i think that jakarta City Taxi must give more attention to their staffs, but if it was not, i think Jakarta City Taksi must took the sign " tarif Bawah" off their cars, because it would be a BIG lie to the customer!
