I am not satisfied with your service. This is second time I booked giving full address with land mark & alternate numbers but your driver called on mobile and on no reply he presumed call is over.Is your driver not capable to locate address then what use of booking taxi from you I will callnext time private. Overall your staff also stic on that call made on mobile you have not respond so call is over. On asking why your driver not locate the address his reply call made on your mobile thats all.On asking some senior he dissconected second time Mr. Pramod and he also not solve problem.I am going to circulate this problem from your end as there is no use to book cab fromm your end when your driver can not locate address.
