I have been utilising the services of you for the past six years.Though I had some problems sometimes,yesterday I was forced to undergo severe mental agony due to cancellation of the booking. I had booked a vehicle for airport drop at 10 pm.Since there was no response I tried to contact you in vain. somehow I arranged an auto and reached the airport.Your driver called me at 10.35.pm and you have sent a sms at 2330hrs about thge cancellation. Is it the way to treat a customer. If u had any prob u should have informed me atleast in one hour advance. sorry to say that the company claiming as number one company to provide call taxi services behave in a such an inhuman way.

booking no 6830 dt 30.04.12 for 19.45 pik up booked @ 10.30 am got cancelled msg from u on 30.04.12 @ 23.22. thank u for your delayed reply as we almost missed to catch our train. once againg thank u for you poor service.
