The Meru Cabs are never available when ever required.. Initially the Customer service Executive takes the to and fro Location. Based on that if it is less than 10 Kms, these guys without even checking the confirm that the cabs are not available. And incase if you try to book 24 hours earlier then they say, and that cannot take the booking... These services are SICK...

Why have booking nos when the only response you get is that no cab is available at the requested time. What kind of Taxi service is this? and for whom? Is this a ploy between the the reputationless yellow and blackies and this organisation?
