We used the e-cabs service today for a day of driving around in Mumbai. I must say that the service was excellent and reliable. The driver (Pawan) was very courteous and professional. He pointed out the sights, and was well informed. The price was just right (Rs. 1650 for 8 hrs and 80 kms and Rs. 10 per km for every km beyond 80, and rs. 100 for every hour beyond 8). it was much better than taking our own car, which we had driven in to Mumbai.

UR CALL OPEARATOR, VIPIN SINGH SENDS THE CAB JUST ONLY ON RATE ENQUIRY AT 1PM TODAY & SENT THE SMS ALSO. THEN HE TALKS ROUGHLY & THREATENS TO BLACKLIST US. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RECORDED VERSION JUST TO KNOW THE TRUTH & FACT & DEFINATELY REPLACE SUCH PERSONS TO IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. OTHERVISE U WOULD B LOOSING MORE & MORE CUSTOMERS.

I was traditionally fond& using Meeru for my frequent visits to Airport to & fro .. Later a friend of mine told me about the call center booking for Cool Cab's (Blue & Silver) . Trust me they are many times better , efficient & on time than others . I ahve tried them for last dozen time and they are flawless . You can book them from 022-42000000

Cool Cabs have the rowdiest drivers I have seen anywhere in India. Time and again I see them overspeeding, driving recklessly, breaking traffic rules.
This evening I saw a drunk Cool Cab driver thrash an auto-rickshaw driver till the latter bled. Not surprisingly, the auto-rickshaw driver had nothing to do with the former's anger but was just at the wrong place at the wrong time! The Cool Cab driver had hit another car at a traffic signal.
If such behaviour affects you, then avoid Cool Cabs - they have the support of local politicians and will survive unless we citizens object.

Why do they post these ads when none of the nos work? wasting time as well as ruining reputation of Indians.Please remove Cool Cars from the list of taxi services.

Is it possible for office to Airport or Railway stations transfer? example from Andheri Lokhandwala to Mumbai Central, CST, Borivli etc...
