Horrible! This is the most horrible customer experience I have ever had. I asked my friend to book this service to pick myself and my grandma from railway station at 1230 in the night. 1.The taxi arrives at 115 (45 min late). Imagine me standing with my granma at the station at that hour. 2.The taxi driver then picks us up. I ask him that does he know the way to our destination and he agrees. Instead, he does not know the way and takes us to isolated dark roads in opp part of town saying that he has forgotton the way. We are roaming at 2 o clock in night in parts of city which I have not even seen. (Basavangudi, NRI colony,Banashankari) , Luckily we find a person who tells us the way, but this guy takes us to some other way.. telling its a short cut. Imagine two females sitting in this taxi at 2 o clock in night with a person with such suspicious behavior.Then finally after sitting quiet for very long and not shouting at him for fear of our lives, I finally take charge of situation and yell at him. I then somehow manage to guide him to the correct way by reading the signs. We reach home and he demands WAY too much money for it. I get very angry and just pay him the amount which I normally pay from station to my house. This guy, THROWS the money on the road and start shouting in Kannada. I then call up the office , where a reasonable guys picks up and handles the situ. In the end I still end up paying more money then I should have out of fear of the driver who is talking very aggressively. MORAL - the driver was clearly drunk (He even drove pretty bad, considering a 70 yr old lady is sitting in the seat) He was driving vvv fast and was v rude. OR he had not had proper sleep. Either way please DO NOT, NEVER hire this service if you want to reach safely and on time. People who did seem to have a good exp with this service, please read this review and DONT support this service. I felt really humiliated and scared after renting this taxi service. Hope no one else has to go through something like this!
