| Situated just off the A1 Bedale, the 39 bedroom lodge is perfectly situated for a North/South stop over or to discover the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors. 9 miles South of Scotch Corner, the Lodge offers all rooms en-suite with satellite TV, restaurant, shop and tourist information centre. The special executive rooms are brand new rooms Spring 2005 and have flat screen TVs, as well as air conditioning. For the extra 15.00 difference between a standard and special executive room, we suggest you book a special executive room when available. The refurbishment scheme of the lodge will continue throughout 2005 without inconvenience to our guests. Many of the standard rooms already have new bathrooms. The Old Market Square Restaurant & Cafe Bar enjoy an award winning reputation, renowned for traditional English cuisine complimented by friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. The Hambleton Suite is the perfect venue for a meeting or special event, be it a luncheon, dinner, training seminar or wedding reception. Situated on the ground floor overlooking the gardens, the suite with private lounge area & bar is able to accommodate up to 100 guests or delegates. The Courtyard Suite is a larger meeting and training facility for up to 150 delegates. |
