Due to the short cooking time, vegetables and herbs retain their natural vitamins. The modern design of the see-through kitchen, the restaurant and take away are dominated by wood and glass. MISHIO is a Japanese first name, written with the signs for light and salt. Both are fundamental elements for life. Light (mi) played a big part in our gastro concept. Salt (shio) was at one time more precious than gold and is the symbol for a tasteful cuisine. New Garden Oasis: We have been able to achieve a unique Asian garden atmosphere, including tall trees, where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms facing the courtyard now have a wonderful view of one of the most beautiful courtyards in Zurich. |
