Jardin de la Abadia
| The hotel has been built on a structure whose date of building in unknown. The only historical references date from XVIII century. They have tried to reflect a medieval atmosphere by using building materials from other pulled down buildings from that age, such as Las Lauras convent from which they have used worked stone, windows, doors, etc. Regarding the pictures, there is a wide range of colours and frescos, with golden plinths and pillars, all of them combined with curtains and armchairs and sofas covered with tapestries that they themselves have restored, keeping their wood, springs and wool filling structures. All the 24 rooms are exterior and you will enjoy excellent views on the river Pisuerga and the garden of the hotel. They are provided with a satellite TV, hair dryer, RDSI lines for Internet, minibar, air conditioning, heating and telephone. The bathrooms are shaped with Castilian ornamental tiles. They have available sitting rooms for business meetings, banquets, family meetings..., and they also own a firewood oven with the purpose of giving the best quality regarding gastronomy. |
