Saying that Taxi Nancy's services were poor would be a compliment. They are nonexistent. You call the dispatcher, and he/she broadcasts the request to the drivers. Who never reply on a Sunday night. You are then told that they don't have any available cars. The thing is, the drivers stay at home waiting to be called by the dispatcher. And they only go out in the street if they feel like it. Well, they don't feel like it. It's France. Bring your own car.
