We had a flight from Madrid to Geneva and a bus hired for a return trip with this company from Geneva to the ski resort of Val-Thorens in France. The spanish air controllers were on strike and our flight was cancelled, inmediately we called the company and cancelled both bus trips, they kept all the money and were not comprehensible at all with our situation.
