the worst service ever and this taxi driver should be taken to jail for what he has done his number is (01277703994)he was taken my parent from new cairo to heliopless and left them in a place near obour city and let them take another taxi and when i called 19155 no action have been taken with him and this company doesn't have any idea about customer service or customer rights and now i am searching for a way to claim them for what happened to my parents.the worst service ever you can see .my advice is taking the new white taxi intead

I was unusual that I deal with this company
It's a good company and their drivers at a good level

But what happened to me in my last trip
Was a very bad thing

I contacted the company and booked to go to the airport

Attended by the driver after a delay of about 30 minutes from time i booked

I went with him, but I was surprised that this driver is not balanced

Yes
I think he was using drugs or, as he told me he was very tired too much work

During the road was already lurching left and right

Indeed, the work of an accident with another car on the highway

Quarreled with him and the other driver on the highway

After the intervention left
And has led the car again
The incident will be repeated several times and
Unfortunately not the time or the place whom I have to change this taxi
Time is limited and the road is hard to find a quick taxi alternative

And understandings with him he slept for some time that I was driving the car to the airport

I have done this

And he asked charge for  100 pounds according to the counter drive
But I gave him SR 100 by error equivalent to 150 LE
This is what I discovered later

The worst service you can ever get is by Citi Cabs.
I called them on the night of the 25th of January 2011 and asked them to send a car at 6:30 am on the 27th of January 2011 to pick me to cairo airport
But the unexpected had happened they didn't send a car to me and when I tried to call them I got a message to say that the phone # is out of service / byluck I was able to reach to the airport and to catch my flight at the last moment
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT UP TO THE RESPOSIBILTY LEVEL / VERY BAD SERVICE

Rezk, Please keep your "I moved to Australia so my inferiority complex is slowly subsiding" comments to yourself. People can type in whatever language they please, however they please. Ps no matter what you do or how far away you are, if you're going to write "Dr" before your name on a simple message board, I'm afraid your inferiority complex is not subsiding at all.... This becomes unacceptable service. We need to file an official complain against this company at Customer Protection Agency. actions are needed to stop such things. They are harming our reputation.
