After several trials the call center agent finally respond and I booked a taxi. At the agreed time the taxi didn't show up so I called them to get the driver phone number and I tried to call him but he didn't respond. When calling the call center back they gave me another driver number and they told me that it will take half an hour to come! I cancelled the reservation and took an ordinary taxi. The cars are very bad and the call center is very unprofessional.

CONSISTENT FAILURE!!! worst service ever! for the 2nd time in one month, driver doesnt show up... the only agent picking calls in the early shift, stopped answering the calls from my number! 19 calls and a supposedly hotline receives no answer! Complaints seem persistent since 2009 till now, i never will recommend it

Very very very very bad service . when i called the call center the agent was so  rude and ended up hung up on face . and when i called back to complaint , someone answered pretending that he's a supervisor . he was so unhelpful and passive and he refused to give me the number of the main office to make a complaint .
I don’t recommend at all , there’s another company called City cab , number is 16516 and it’s much more better in case any one need a  cab
supervisior . he was so unhelpful and passive . I called the Local dircetory

the taxi came at time. the counter worked right.( from JW Marriott to Semiramides 54 le) but the driver didn`t have change from 100Le. and I paid by dollars. ( it is the problem of all cairo taxi - no change)

no respect to people time...I asked for one to pick me didnt show up n when i called to check they said sorry there is a problem with the car the first available one will be after one hour,,,what i'll do after one hor will go late....really very very very very very bad and useless service....
