PLANTATION ISLAND RESORT
| Plantation Island Resort is nestled on the 553 acre island of Malolo LaiLai, part of the Mamanuca Group of islands, just 10 miles offshore west of Nadi town, where the International Airport is located. The island was operated as a copra plantation until 1966 at which time it was developed as a tourist destination. A boat transfer is required to the island. The boat ride with the high-speed Malolo Cat from Port Denarau to the island takes about 40 minutes, payable on site to the operator. White sand beach stretches for several kilometres. |
