I called Vancouver Taxi (604) 255-5111 and the lady who answere the phone was so rude. I was asking questions since it's my first time to use a cab company and she hang up on me. I called again wanting to speak to the manager and she (same lady) said she IS the manager. I said then can I speak to the owner . Again hung up on me. Worse, I didn't get the answers to my questions. I guess I have to use other cab companies.
