I gave a cab driver my phone as collateral and he told me after i paid my fair he would give my phone back but every time i phone his cab # he doesn't come, what do i do?

I am wondering about a shuttle service for my wedding on Dec. 1st 07.  I need a shuttle service to take some guests out to Warman and back to saskatoon for the reception.  If you could give me information on whether you do that or who i could get in touch with who does that would be great.
