we waited 2 hours in the freezing cold and when they FINALLY turned up not a word of apology. We rang 3 times and each time we were assured that it would "be there soon" and to "take it easy"
Rude, incompetent and extremely late.
NEVER EVER will I use this taxi service again and will tell everybody I know about the poor poor service I recieved!
