Hi there, im emailing concerning Craig. I'm a family member and i heard from word that hes Died. I have callled up this company on several occasions but only get a rude reply. Apparently he was with his friend Phil when this happened..can anyone tell me what's happened to both of them. If tryed calling for ages... :(

So me and my buddy Craig were trying get home... this company didn't get us there.  They took us to Iceland, not the shop, the country.   Said the SatNav wa playing up.  Didn't appreciate the £9670 fare though.
