Ladies, please beware. I was in American United cab 1918 today and the cab driver was masturbating. I didn't say anything because I was running late for work. However, the experience left me a bit shooken up. I don't want this to happen to any other women. Please be careful

i see why people hate cab drivers. i drove a cab for two years. i heard nothing but bad things and complaints from my customers about other cab drivers. as a female in the industry it was hard to be a female driving a cab. my complaint wasn't customers, just my idiot coworkers. i am happy to be out of the business. it's a good job to have if you didn't have dumbasses driving cabs like it was the last day of their lives. the drive like crazy and expect because customers are paying u for a service that they have the right to treat customers like a piece of garbage and drive like it's the indy 500. if the city of chicago cared bout cust service they would crack down on the dumbasses that drive cabs.

Don't think Don makes the call, he just pretends to. Someone has to take the abuse. Kind of a human shield. A phony executive if you will. Maybe not a bad person, just someone that really doesn't "get it" all the time. I took my cab out of Americn United due to very poor service from radio room/office for the money charged. I wouldn't go back......they didn't understand service=$$$  Kind of one like one star service for 5 star prices!
