The 'cool cab' taxi drivers tend to be intellectually dishonest. Four out of 5 times they charged me significantly more than what the metered fare was ( instead of 25% more than the non airconditioned cab the driver showed 70 to 100% more fare for the same point to point run !). Excercise caution, and use it if there are no other options.
