Dear Sir, I have a complain with this taxi driver with car No. K-424, plate no.17303.The incident happened yesterday in Al Quoz Industrial 3, near  Nestle round about at 0900am. Before reaching the round about, I told him (Driver) to turn right, but upon turning right he seems like irritated and he was speaking languages that I do not understand. I ask him what he was saying. He got mad and he shouted telling me to get down from the car but the car is in the middle of the road. Then he pushed me out of the car so I get out. I was mad then so I speak also bad word to him. He got out from his car and pushing me again to go inside. He was telling me to pay him 50 dirhams but I refused. How come I pay him that amount? The meter ran only 5.50 dirhams. He kept on talking bad words to me. A man saw what was happening to us and he came near. That time I was already calling the police thru my mobile. When the driver knew that I am already calling for police help, he immediately run his car and went away. 

My point for this complaint is that why do we have these kind of drivers? We ride in taxis and they are supposed to follow all the instructions that we give until we reach the place where we are going and they have to obey without any complain because we are willing to pay how much would be the amount posted in the meter. Many drivers are like these that even if you are telling the direction, they still go their own way so that we can have a longer journey and the meter will run more. Please try to discipline these people especially this driver because they have no right to be in this business coz they dont know how to deal with customers.
