Driver is not returning my mobile Nokia Music Edition, after I left my mobile in taxi, I called to my number driver picked up the call, he told me he will deliver at 11pm then after wards switched it off.
Details,

Media city time : 6:20 to 6:40 
Drop Makhtoom Road: 7:15 to 7:35
Bill = 51.5 Dhs.
Thats all the detail i have.
Kindly picke the culprit before he gets another chance. I can recognise him through his face also.

To whom it may concern:
 I was very upset this morning, and even cried after the incident I had with one of your National Taxi Driver, I didn't manage to get his plate No., but I'm sure this would help, "NT 980".  Please note NT 980.  I'd like you to give attention on this Driver, I'm not quite sure of his nationality,  As far as I'm concerned you know the schedule of your driver who's driving this NT 980, with long white beard and he's kinda old.
I went inside his taxi and he asked me where am I going, I clearly told him that I'm on my way to Zaabeel road and politely asked him to take Maktoum bridgE TO AVOID TRAFFIC, suddenly he started shouting at me, for what reason I don't know, he was very rude and kept on shouting," I KNOW WHERE IT IS, DON'T TELL ME WHERE IT IS", so I asked "WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING AT ME?" and replied back that He wasn't shouting at all, which is really a big lie, I swear to GOD, he went down, stopped the meter and opened my door and screaming on the street, "GO DOWN, GO DOWN", I was so scared when i saw his face, its like he's going to beat me If I didn't go out of his taxi. It happened at around 8:50 am, today 13th of November.
With all these complains your getting or receiving, what are the punishments or penalties your implementing towards this kind of complains or incident, and also I didn't manage to call the police because I was shaking and so nervous about what happened. I would really want to go directly in your office to file for complain personally on this guy, because I won't let him do that again on other passengers.
I am looking forward that you could reply back or it would be well appreciated if you could call me personally regarding this matter.
If I need to file a case against him I would surely do.
He's the WORST TAXI DRIVER!!!

Dear Sir, my brother in law who is in a visit visa here in dubai rode a taxi yesterday. Since he's just new here, he did not manage to get the taxi number nor the taxi company name. He left his passport and his original visa in the cab. We got a call from one of the passenger of the cab who noticed the passport and visa. He instructed us to get them from the driver. He gave us the Mobile Number of the Taxi Driver. Now the Taxi Driver contacted my brother in law and is asking for 200 Dirhams as payment for the passport and visa. Can anybody please help us? The mobile number of the Taxi Driver is +97150-8454211 and his name is Shaji. Please we need the passport and visa back. We can give 50 dirhams only as gratuity for the driver but 200 dirhams is just too much. Kindly reply to my email. Thanks...

Dear sir,
yesterday evening I caught a national taxi from near Ashrafi Restaurant, airport road at around 6.45pm, we had a little discussion with the driver. I was sitting beside driver and three of my friends on the back seats. I kept my cell phone on the seat. In the meanwhile, we reached Eid-Gah at al-baraha, but I left my mobile on the seat. My cell no. is
050-5090048
then I tried my number many times, the driver switched it off. The driver was an guy from Pump-house, Andheri (E), Mumbai. We could not ask his name as he was speaking a little rudely.
We could not take the bill as it was a parking place where driver was in urgency.
taxi bill was DH 16.50
Mobile: Nokia N72.
Kindly help me out.
