I tried to pre-order a taxi today but the person answering the phone was unable to answer simple questions and was extremely rude.  I will never try to use your service again, and am petitioning for our company to remove our account.
I would suggest you train your secretary in the simple art of customer service.

I have to complain about the way people from your company treated me today. Two weeks ago I had a heart attack and today I had to go to see the doctor for a check up. I ordered taxi from High Park to doctor's office at Bloor and Jane. Unfortunatelly I couldn't take subway because of my condition. I ordered the cab one hour before my appointment. Because no cab showed up I called again your company and ask for the help. They promised to get me taxi in a next 5-10 minutes. Of course nobody showed up. I went through a big stress, felt very bad. For me there is a scandal that if there is the short distance your company treats customers like they did it to me today. I'm your customer for more than 5 years, you made quite a good money on me but not any more. I was so disappointed that I decided never again use your service. Shame on you !!!
