now everyone knows that it is actually customary to get into the first cab when they're all lined up like that

The cab drivers were all lined up so we got into one that was in the middle of the line. We were forced to get out because a man yelled at us and said the cab at the front of the line was waiting longer. It was after a very formal event and it was freezing cold and they made us get out and take a different cab.The cab driver drove 170 km the whole time and nearly missed many stop signs. He approached other cars almost to the point of collision then would cut ppl off. Once we got to our destination the 80$ reading on the meter ended up as a 100$ charge to the company. Overcharged and made us give him a 10$ tip! Never again would i trust a beck driver!
