Dear Mr Brian,
I m a taxi driver and speak english as well. It is true there r some who dont but u can choose. Look forward to see u in Singapore. Have a nice trip and dont forget to bring yr family too. They will definitely enjoy the experience.

I know that this may sound pretty weird, but I need to know if the taxi drivers from Singapore speak english. I will travel there and I want to know if I will need a guide to understand eachother.thanx
