called for a cab lastnight,and this driver told me he 'f*cken natives".He then proceeded to drive me to a undisclosed location.i got scared because i was alone,then he took my money and left me there

2008/04/08 I called for a cab and when the cab arrived I was told that because of the area I lived in I had to pay up front before he would take me anywhere, then when I called the dispatch number to request the number to leave a comment it guy at dispatch said "well don't you have a phone book" and was very rude about it despite the fact that the number isn't even in the phone book. I doubt I will ever call them again.

wow amazingly horrible service I honestly believe its time unicity bought out duffy's they give no time frames have other people take your cab and don't dispatch another one. And whats with these drivers that have no clue where they are going....if you don't know where your going don't be a cab driver!!!

Horrible experience i call for a cap last night as usual never shaw up. i call back the guy answer me :said l well not send u have a nice walk i call the manager and as usual not answer

Called 4 times waiting with groceries on November 29/07 and no one showed but got the run around by these idiots! Finally a friend happen to come by and got a ride with her,so my cab never showed, I waited 2 hours total. Friggin sad! I called to talk to a manager but no one answered or called me back! If I EVER take another one of your cabs, the ride will be free, because I won't pay you a-holes! I think it's time to dump the rag heads!!! BASTARDS! i'm not done with you people yet though!

Horrible experience! Called 3 times last nite. Waited for over an hour and finally UNICITY picked me up!!!!!!! but in that hour numerous Duffy's Taxis just drove on by empty!!!! NOT IMPRESSED

the guy hung up on me when i called to ask where my cab was after waiting for over a half hour when they said it would be 15 minutes! then he said the cab was there and he couldnt find me which was total garbage! it's not my fault that they cant communicate directions properly! terrible!!
