Terrible company.My fiancee was picked up by one of their joke of a driver - who then insulted her the whole ride. I phoned from calgary to complain - and they hung up on me!!!
Seriously, walk before you call this shower of s**t.

oh by the way the day I was forgotten was feb,19 2010 duffy's I know u try your best I very reasonable person and treat your drivers with much respect and tip very well never less than 3.00 dolars u guys I am very hurt by all this ,u don't understand check on computer how many time's I phone it will tell u I phone u guys no other taxi service ,but no excuses and say your taxi's did not show up , u r dispatchers u don't know if they showed up u can't see them unless u have car trackers , do u ?

Crystal sorry for your bad experience I am going too deal with the driver that accepted your call for service and did not go on the trip. Hopefully you will not have too deal with this type of behaviour again. Once again sorry

well very disapointed in u guys I am almost daily custemer with u and phoned at 4;25 it is now 5:28pm and missed a very important bank meeting it was for 5:00 I phoned back 4 times u said it was here and it coulded been I've been standing at door for an hour I live at 55 morley its good area what went wrong very good custermer why why I call daily u make good money from me would like an apology , very saddened by all this , I would not be so upset if just going shopping or something but had very important bank meeting

I had called a cab the other day and when I got in with my lil dog the driver decided to beak off and give me a "lesson" on how it is with the company and how you should tell them before you have a dog because ppl have phobia's and allergies. I have a shih tzu, very lil chance someone is allergic to them, and two it does not say it on their cab or website. I contacted the manager via e-mail and he left a very rude e-mail saying it's common sense. Well it's common sense to have any "rules" posted so customers know of them, not to make em up as you go along. He also said he doubts you can bring them anywhere in cabs or public transit without notice, and I informed him you can and I have, I have on transit as well, transit also states on their site on what is required when you do bring a pet on board online. This manager Phil Walding, then keeps on trying to insult me in e-mails. Poor service all around and this guy needs to give his head a shake.

What's wrong with the dispatcher calling you a dirty native? You are a dirty native. You disgusting pig sub-human garbage should get the hell out of our city and stop causing all the crime. Get off welfare and my tax-dollar and get yourself a job so you can afford you own vehicle, so you can drive yourself back up north where you belong.

it amazes the ignorance and stupidity of people these days.  yes i'm talking to you.  if it wasn't for natives you wouldn't exist.  if it wasn't for US you (EUROPEANS) would cease to exist in this country.  so instead of bashing US take some time to read a book to learn about YOUR history and how YOU were able to survive with the assistance of ABORIGINAL PEOPLE !!!
